- AGREEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE
1.1 Binding Agreement
The website www.cabiotourism.com (the “Website”) is owned and operated by Cabio Tourism LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company duly incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Customer,” or “you”) and Cabio Tourism LLC.
1.2 Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, using, or booking services through this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately discontinue use of our services.
1.3 Additional Terms
Specific tour packages, accommodations, or services may be subject to additional terms and conditions provided by third-party suppliers. Such additional terms shall be deemed incorporated by reference into these Terms.
- DEFINITIONS AND INTERPRETATION
2.1 Key Definitions
- “Service Provider” means any third-party supplier of travel services including hotels, airlines, transport operators, and activity providers
- “Travel Services” refers to all tourism products and services offered through our Website including tours, transfers, accommodations, and activities
- “Booking Confirmation” means the electronic document confirming your reservation details and payment
- “Force Majeure” includes but is not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control
- ELIGIBILITY AND USER RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 Age Requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or make bookings. Users under 18 may only use our services under the direct supervision and responsibility of a parent or legal guardian.
3.2 Account Security
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activities that occur under their account. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
3.3 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the booking process and to update such information as necessary to maintain its accuracy.
- BOOKING AND PAYMENT PROCEDURES
4.1 Booking Process
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by relevant Service Providers. A booking is only confirmed upon receipt of our Booking Confirmation email.
4.2 Payment Methods
We accept major credit cards including Visa and MasterCard in AED, USD, and GBP. All prices displayed include applicable taxes unless otherwise specified. The final amount charged will reflect the currency of your payment method.
4.3 Pricing Policy
All prices are subject to change without notice until full payment is received. Published rates may fluctuate due to currency exchange variations, fuel surcharges, or changes in supplier pricing.
4.4 Payment Security
All payment transactions are processed through secure, encrypted systems. Customers must retain copies of all transaction records for their reference.
- COMPREHENSIVE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
5.1 Customer-Initiated Cancellations
- More than 72 hours before departure: 100% refund minus 5% administrative fee
- 24-72 hours before departure: 50% refund minus 5% administrative fee
- Less than 24 hours before departure: No refund applicable
- No-show policy: No refunds will be provided for failure to appear at designated pickup times
5.2 Administrative Charges
All approved refunds are subject to a 5% administrative processing fee to cover transaction costs, payment gateway charges, and processing expenses. This fee applies to all cancellations regardless of timing or reason.
5.3 Company-Initiated Cancellations
If we must cancel your booking due to Force Majeure events, technical issues, or safety concerns, customers will receive a full refund without administrative charges or the option to reschedule without additional charges.
5.4 Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method after deduction of applicable administrative fees. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
5.5 Modification Requests
Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability, supplier approval, and may incur additional fees as determined by Service Providers plus a 5% administrative charge for processing the modification.
- TRAVEL DOCUMENTATION AND VISA REQUIREMENTS
6.1 Travel Documents
Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, and all required travel documentation. Visa application fees are non-refundable once processing has begun.
6.2 UAE Entry Requirements
As your designated travel sponsor for UAE visits, we reserve the right to request security deposits or additional documentation to ensure compliance with UAE immigration requirements.
6.3 Health and Safety Requirements
Customers must comply with all health, safety, and government regulations applicable to their chosen destinations and activities.
- TRAVEL INSURANCE AND PROTECTION
7.1 Travel Insurance Recommendations
We strongly recommend that all customers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances including medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost luggage, and other travel-related incidents. Cabio Tourism LLC does not provide travel insurance and is not responsible for costs incurred due to lack of adequate insurance coverage.
7.2 Insurance Requirements
Certain tour packages or destinations may require mandatory travel insurance. Where applicable, proof of insurance coverage must be provided before departure.
- WEATHER-RELATED AND FORCE MAJEURE CANCELLATIONS
8.1 Weather-Related Cancellations
Tours and activities may be cancelled or modified due to adverse weather conditions, seasonal restrictions, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will offer alternative arrangements, rescheduling options, or partial refunds at our discretion.
8.2 Force Majeure Events
We are not liable for cancellations, delays, or modifications due to circumstances beyond our control including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, pandemic restrictions, or other force majeure events.
- GROUP BOOKINGS AND SPECIAL ARRANGEMENTS
9.1 Group Booking Definitions
Groups of 10 or more passengers may be subject to special terms, pricing, and cancellation policies different from individual bookings.
9.2 Group Payment Terms
Group bookings require a deposit of 30% upon confirmation with final payment due 30 days before departure. Group cancellation policies may vary from standard individual policies.
9.3 Group Modifications
Changes to group size, itinerary, or travel dates must be communicated at least 14 days in advance and are subject to availability and additional charges.
- PHOTOGRAPHY, MARKETING, AND MEDIA RIGHTS
10.1 Photography Consent
By booking our services, customers consent to being photographed or filmed during tours and activities for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes unless explicitly opted out in writing.
10.2 Usage Rights
Cabio Tourism LLC reserves the right to use customer photographs, videos, testimonials, and reviews in our marketing materials, website, social media platforms, and promotional campaigns without additional compensation.
10.3 Opt-Out Procedures
Customers who do not wish to be included in marketing materials must notify us in writing at the time of booking or before the tour begins.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMERS
11.1 Service Provider Relationships
Cabio Tourism LLC acts as an intermediary between customers and independent Service Providers. We are not liable for the acts, omissions, negligence, or default of Service Providers.
11.2 Limited Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of services purchased. We shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services.
11.3 Website Availability
While we strive to maintain continuous website availability, we are not liable for temporary interruptions, technical difficulties, or system maintenance that may affect access to our services.
11.4 Third-Party Content
We are not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of third-party content, links, or advertisements that may appear on our Website.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
12.1 Protected Content
All website content, including text, images, logos, graphics, and tour descriptions, are proprietary to Cabio Tourism LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
12.2 Permitted Use
Content may only be used for personal, non-commercial purposes. Commercial use, reproduction, or distribution without express written consent is strictly prohibited.

14.1 OFAC Compliance
Cabio Tourism LLC will not provide services to individuals or entities from countries subject to OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions in accordance with UAE and international law.
14.2 Regulatory Compliance
All services are provided in compliance with UAE federal and local regulations governing tourism and travel services.
- GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
15.1 Applicable Law
These Terms and all related disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
15.2 Jurisdiction
The courts of Dubai, UAE, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our services.
15.3 Alternative Dispute Resolution
We encourage customers to first contact our customer service team to resolve any concerns before pursuing formal legal action.
- MODIFICATIONS AND UPDATES
16.1 Terms Amendments
Cabio Tourism LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Updated Terms will be posted on our Website with the effective date clearly indicated.
16.2 Continued Usage
Your continued use of our services following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
